Gail Werner is a writer, photographer, and avid reader from Indiana who loves seeing the Midwest represented in literature. She carries a book with her wherever she goes and writes contemporary fiction for young adults.
She graduated from Ball State University in 2004 with a degree in journalism and now works as as an executive writer for the university.
In addition to her writing career, she is a freelance editor (who can’t believe she gets paid to read); an avid photographer (who has documented quite a few ‘I do’s); a yoga enthusiast (but not that kind of yoga); and pop culture junkie. She lives in Muncie, Indiana, with her writer-husband, Nick, and their two children.
